Do I need to buy new phones?
We can check if your equipment is compatible. Desk phones and compatible apps for mobile or desktop are also options.
What do I need to use the service?
An internet connection and a compatible phone or app. We’ll help you choose a setup for your business.
Are phones included in the price per extension?
Phones are quoted separately. Ask about accessories, installation and any additional options.
Can I add texting or WhatsApp?
We can review SMS/MMS and WhatsApp integration. Activation depends on availability and the applicable service requirements.
What if the internet goes down at my office?
Phones that rely on that connection may be temporarily unavailable. Ask about forwarding incoming calls to a mobile number as a backup.
